According to some social media pages, Kannada serials' episodes will be shot in Ramoji Film City Hyderabad with only lead actors as there are no restrictions for serial shooting in Hyderabad. Can anybody confirm this?

Yes PARAMESHWAR GUNDKAL has given this info in an article published recently in a newspaper.
Although cases in Hyderabad are not that good, Shooting is allowed.
Its costly to have shooting only in Ramoji film city but most of the serials may shoot there.
