Previously also it was different only.. Sony has entered kannada market already with Udaya, Dum TV and now with Kasthuri. But Kasthuri will also launch other original programs based the GRP growth. They just have content license and not the ownership.

Kasthuri TV social media campaign poster is better than Dangal Kannada in FTA category channel. But they are lagging promotion in Instagram, Twitter and YouTube which are common.

They don't have official YouTube channel yet, which got closed long back.

They must air daily promos just like Sirikannada with good presentation and Back In 2 mins timer .

They seems read this conversation and finally Instagram official account opened.

They have the hashtag Kasthuri HD in their bio, not sure whether content is going to stream in HD ratio. They are claiming, the channel is coming up with Latest Advanced Technology. Let's see on Aug 15th for the same.
