SunilGrover will soon be seen in a weekend mini-series for Star Plus.
The series will be limited to 14 episodes but may just get extended.
According to a recent report in Pinkvilla Sunil will soon be returning to the small screen. A source was quoted as saying, " Star Plus which is currently on top for its fiction shows has been trying to explore the comedy space. Though there have comedy shows on Star previously, the channel is trying to carve a niche for itself in that space as well and for that, they have got onboard Sunil for a weekend mini-series."

The show will be a weekend mini-series of 14 episodes with Sunil and other comedians including Sudesh Lahiri.

The show will feature him in an entirely new character of a middle-aged UP-based person. He will interact with celebrities about their films and strive to bring out their candid side.

Shah Rukh Khan and Ranveer Singh will promote Zero and Simmba respectively on the show. The makers are in talks with ace actress Rekha to make an appearance too.
