Hmmm. Could be. I too called cc because channel was still working after 10 mins. But they said you are not subscribed to the topup.

No I am still on Hero box (old UI). Try settings or diagnostic or some similar menu.

Follow these steps: Menu > Help > Diagnostic > Signal Strength.
 
What is DBR topups (Daily deduction). How can I use it?
DBR = Daily Burn Rate. Topups with names like 'DBR' or 'STD' or some Amount like 'Rs.2.5',' Rs.1.8' 'Rs.7.5' etc in title are deducted on daily basis. While normal topups have first month charges deducted upfront. However some of these DBR topups still have lock-in period. So if you want to subscribe a channel for a few days you need to ensure that a DBR topup has no lock-in period. Unfortunately Airtel does not mention these details. Sometimes customer care allows us to unsubscribe DBR topups with lock-in period if we raise a complaint.
