No new channels topups in it. These are old ones that were missing in app. Many categories are being re-arranged. South category is replaced with Reg category in selfcare but not yet updated in app. North east , Oriya category is also missing in app now.

Topups may vary according to base pack and region.
eg. Myplan users may get the combo NE topup at Rs.36 instead of Rs.9

Yes. Wrong name. Only HBO HD, LePlex HD and MN2 HD in that pack.
