You can deactivate but you will not get refund. I deactivated A-offer after 15 days and activated Rs.30 packs on Nov 25. Now more than 30 days have passed and I have not paid any dbr till now. cc say till 90 days it's in preview.

And also bro English Movies SD topup is available at cost of 30/90 days shy ..

English Movies SD is A-Offer category. It's valid only 30 days and Dbr is 1.5 after 30 days.
