DD RS is available in most packs. Topup is usually used by cc to refresh account in case activated channels don't work.

Actually yeterday I mailed to cc asking about that recharge offer dummy topup, maybe thats why they activated this??

Ask cc. I don't think the deal is good. 99 pack bengali 12M ARP cost will be around 1600.
Hindi entertainment channels will be missed too. 199 pack will cost around 2100.

There are topup where there is no mention of dbr or pack cost. It is just mentioned free. For ex. TN 3 HD FREE in HD channels top up. No mention of dbr or pack cost. What is this?

Most likely it's DBR. If the Free is in the name then it could be an offer. If Free is in the price column then it can still be DBR.

Yes. All Bengali regional channel are included. Two packs exist for 99pack + Bengali 11+1.
Cost of one is 1766 and other is 1619. Don't know the difference.

they give 6+6 offer for deactivated box right???? Will I get the offer?? I'm not deactivated customer after all.

Just one clarification. Both these packs are showing 170 channels, but Rs.1766/- pack DBR rate after 12 Months is 6.63 (199/month) but Rs.1619 pack dbr is 5.33 (160/month). Bengali channels are in the base pack in both and Hindi entertainment is missing in both. Could be a bug or there is some free topup for Hindi channels?

6+6 offers can be availed if you find the right cc executive even if you are not deactivated. You need to keep trying.
