Special Movie pack is the same as old A-offer topup for SD English Movies. Just name changed. First month cost is only Rs.30 but from second month it becomes 48.

myairtel app works good. Problem nly in selfcare.
Pack name is also correct. but box type is shown as SD.
nd that's the reason y HD top up is nt showing.

Im facing the exact same issue.
My airtel app is also not showing any topups. My package is showing blank. I uninstalled and in nstalled app multiple times.
Called CC , they said i will get a callback from backend team , but het to receive any call

am nt facing any issues in app. app works good for me.
all top up working.

my problem is with selfcare only.
that too with HD top up.

Box is shown as HD Set top box, but device type is shown as SD.
that's why i think HD top up is not showing in selfcare. where as in app HD top up is showing.
beneath it asks me to upgrade to HD for a 5x picture clarity.
