Same Problem here and im also a new customer..Need help guysGuys, need help. I'm not able to use SMS to activate TopUp. I get reply saying my mobile number is not registered, although it is. Also, if I send SMS with customer ID also, it says this Customer ID is not registered with us although it is correct.
Other things like getting account information by SMS works, like 'ID to 54325'.
What could be the reason? I'm a new Adtv customer, been 1 week. What should I do?
