You can get it from root folder of Airtel app in Android. Alternately you can get it with API (requires authentication).

Yes it's possible to get refund for remaining days of a topup through cc.

Maybe. Long time ago I got auto-refund for a 30 day topup after un-subscribing before lock-in expired. But if we accidentally subscribed due to wrong info then contact cc on same day additional refund from cc will also be given.
