Yes it's possible to get refund for remaining days of a topup through cc

In selfcare: Eng Mov 4hd (3 months)

Whether upfront amount will be debited?
In self care I see this topup as 30 for 3 months

Bros, its been 2 months I have joined ADTV, still SMS activation doesnt work. I have called CC and they have done Heavy Refresh still no respite. Will send HR to 54325 be of any help? Pls advise.
