1) Need all Tamil channels
2) Need all English News channels
3) Need English Movies & Entertainment Channels
3) Need English HD channels
4) dont need any channels apart from Tamil & English

in the price range of 300 to 400 a month

Because Many Tamil Channels & HD Channels Available in Videocond2h

Now Videocon D2h & Airtel Dth Day By Day Added Many Sd & Hd Channels

My Another Suggestion Please Don,t Go For Reliance Dth :wall

Go for SundirectHD....
They are adding 150 Sd and 20 Hd channels next month.....in cheaper cost.......
also it has free recording facility
other all dth have to pay.....

Go for Airtel DTH as there is a package for Rs.385 which includes all your mentioned channels. Best picture quality too. I suggest, go for it. Recently Vadi bro also bought a HD+ connection for 999.

If it is immediately required go for Videocon D2H. If you can wait for 1-2 months then wait and watch on SUN Direct's new package after they get new TP's and decide.

But , in Videocon you don't have separate HD addon packs for Eng HD channels. So you have to either compromise on English HD channels.

South Silver (180) + Tamil HD (100) + Eng Movies & Entertainment pack (62+62) = 404

or

You should go for South Platinum HD pack for Rs 570.

In SUN Direct ,

You can go for Tamil World Pack for Rs 370.

Total Tamil channels 29 with 1 SUN HD channel
Base pack. south special = 180 rs + enligh movies pack 65 + english entertainment pack 55
south special base pack has all the english news channels u asked
along with this HD access fee is 125 rs
so total 415 rupees
Total HD channels 14 channels

with the current channel list best is sundirect as they are very cheaper, cannot say they will be cheap always.

intially D2H was cheaper now i feel they are bit expensive than sun direct.

If you are a south customers then Sun direct and D2H are your only choice but for north Indian customers dish tv is a hands down winner with all Hindi and HD channel's avialable in Dish tv :k
