Yes. But it is running only in the SD version.

It is really a bad news for the HD customers too who are getting M Tunes HD as part of HD Access Fee!

It is the policy of HD Access Fee where the SD channel should be there in the package to get equivalent HD channel (from South Silver to Diamond packs).
