broadcaster is not providing this channel.. I think d2h is downscaling its hd version for sd customers....

I too think this way. Removing sd version, reason is something other than broadcaster payment issue.

M Tunes don't have SD feed on c band, only HD version available fta on IS 20,
Like Movies Now also in HD only, & MN+ too.
