Kappa TV is a lovely channel that gets very little attention. It is one of the best music channels in India for encouraging musical talent after Pepsi MTV Indies shut down. And it is not restricted to Malayalam. The Mathrubhumi group has done an excellent job with running this channel.

But they are not interested in marketing kappa tv.It has good and unique content.But they do not using that
Who else thinks that Surya should follow the path of DD Retro like launching a channel for their exclusive old shows. This lockdown actually showed how the viewers are interested to watch their old soaps like Kayamkulam Kochunni, Sree Guruvayoorappan and etc. And Sun networks has channels like Sun Life and Gemini Life. If they launch a channel like Surya Life/ Classics it'll be definitely a hit. Sun network already have around more than 1000+ Malayalam flicks including the black and white ones.
