anybody hep..... how is manual software down loading in old d2h box..

hi dear, from what i read it is not possible to OTA upgrade the old d2h box, it's also stated that you have to send it back to d2h for manual upgrade.

My stb too shows download id 20, god knows when will it get updated

Mail the d2h CC that I would like to get my stb updated manually as I am facing issues tell them that it's ok for me (you) to take the box for 2 days

They will take the box and hand you over the updated box in less than 48 hours

Please note: do some markings on the box to notify you that it's yours box that you had given them to update
