Many Channels removed from ss pack

I can't get any channel of zee and star vijay

I think you get asianet,asianet movies and asianet plus right because u r from kerala...but dont get these channels but i am getting star vijay and zee tamil with south silver lite because i am from tamilnadu

I get all malayalam channels. Only star vijay and zee tamil are can't getting for me in tamil channels.

Yeah. Now my south silver pack automatically changed to South Silver Lite with out my knowledge. Also Asianet, Asianet Movies, Asianet Plus channels now scrambled..

Now my problem solved. Mailed to nodal
officer, he called me back and says its system
error and rectified soon. After the convo my
base pack changed to south silver which I used
earlier within 5 minutes.
