What, they have not given any prior information about the removal of SPN channels to the Customers?
In this case, airtel was far better. Scroll was running on Star channels from both the ends & they also added Airtel Updates channels in every genre for the same. They also sent messages on RMNs that the respective channels will be removed from your basepacks. Their CC also gave all the necessary information & reason of the removal of Star channels. They also added few replacement channels & was ready to give refund but till that time channels came back.
