Does Sony think that switching service provider is easy ? From where will the money come?

What if the same Sony have issue with another operators later on? Will we have to keep switching like passing the parcel ?

from all communication it looks like that negotiations ended up without any result and sony channels not coming back in shorter period of time

Arre Anish Bhai, why r u unnecessary blaming them? They run these channels & want it to reach max people so obviously they will say things for business purpose. We can't expect them to just kneel infront of Tata Sky and look helpless. If Tata Sky is not willing to accept their basic demands then they will surely build pressure on them using us as an instrument. They also know that most subscribers won't switch so easily hence requesting us to tell Tata Sky for adding channels back as an alternate option. Apart from this they can't do much or afford to lose viewership or revenue for a longer period.

As i had said both parties will stand firm on their stand, being a premium operator or a large broadcaster does not matter anymore. Major focus is to grow business/revenue on either sides in an immensely competitive time.Gone are the days when deals were signed based on simple factors. Now let's wait what TDSAT decides on this, on one hand Tata Sky can argue which channels they want to opt for while Sony will rely on the fact that subscribers are paying same amount for packs but not getting channels promised by operator . TDSAT will have to decide based on arguments whose stand is correct.
