This is definitely going to shoot up their (producer's) budget.

First thing first - Subodh Bhave young version is being created using CGI. And not just any low quality CGI. They have put efforts to make it look realistic. But creating a high quality CGI model and that too a younger lean handsome version of an actor like Subodh Bhave, is a very cost effective and difficult job. Moreover, a lot of chroma-keying and rotoscopy (those who do VFX knows these terms better) has to be done to sync Subodh's CGI version with the characters of this show. In short this is going to be a highly VFX laden affair and that too on a limited budget.

So it's going to be a costly affair for the producers. Already Marathi serials thrive on a tight budget. Now if this is not handled properly, and God forbid if it fails to attract audience, then the producers have to rethink about it. Because you know what happened with Sau. Pratap Manasi Supekar didn't you (although it was the channel's fault and not the producers)?

If I'm not wrong ,the young version is also actor ,he looks like subodh bhave. There is no where CGI used.

Young version of SB is created through AI. Yaa you are right the same looking actor is also exist who perform role in Star Pravah's Swabhiman. But he is not doing this role. The role done through AI. Sony itself said by releasing promo of Making of.
