They have been testing this channel from First week of August,have started regular transmission from one week with ad breaks included,so now what are these dumbos waiting for,atleast they should have issued a press release about the launch, or who knows if they have started to show advertisements between movies they might have launched the channel but not added anywhere till now due to their poor distribution :huh :huh huh
