Maybe the trp Was low back in 2008 and I heard that the notice was sent to production house to end these serials

Kahani ghar ghar ki and kyun ki Saab bhi kabhi bahu thi started together and ended together but last 2 episodes of this serials was merged from 2000 to 2006 it was to 2 soaps after that newcomers performance was below expections so it went off air. Also many actors left left/replaced due to young age they were not ready to play the role of father or grand father. Mihir character had replaced thrice.

Oh that's the reason why it got off aired also in original kzk cezenne Khan Left the show for the same reason but tbh Amar upadhyay was best as mihir and he will be forever remember as the OG Mihir inder did well also but sadly he passed away in 2017

Inder kumar was short term mihir only for 2 3 months he was not suitable for the role later ronit Roy was replaced also he was selected for rishab role in kzk.
