First login to the sundirect website
With your registered mobile number/smart card number/cr-id
Sundirect account login

After login you will see this page
Choose change base back option.

Select your connection HD/SD

Now select packages under your language dpos

After choosing base pack agree to the terms and conditions and give proceed.
Your pack will changed within two to three minutes(STB should be on)
