Search before asking any questions. You can see lots of threads in TataSky section, That there is a space problem for TataSky to add new channels.

Tata Sky is keen on increasing its channel addition capacity by concentrating on most ambitious mpeg 4 format convertion plan. People are getting SMS in this regard to exchange their mpeg 2 boxes with mpeg 4 ones free of cost.
