Movies Now SD aspect ratio issue

Movies Now SD aspect ratio is not in the correct size. Picture is zoomed and the additional areas are cropped.

Telecasting same HD feed as SD. That is the problem. Pan & Scan transfer.

Yeah sreekant.. I tried to change settings. But none of them worked for me..

Under TV settings, I set the settings as follows.

TV Screen Size - 16/9
TV Screen Aspect Ratio - Streched/Zoomed/Pillar Box

But none of them worked. Even Pillar Box is not showing the full image but the black pillar box are appearing at the left and right side.

Is there any new settings available in your new software version? Mine is still the older version.

Same settings here. We can't do anything. As i told you when same hd feed telecast in SD it looks like that only. D2H need to telecast SD version of movies now.

Sorry sreekant bro... I didn't notice your first SS clearly. It is HD version. I thought it is SD version and you managed to get it in the correct aspect ratio
