Seems to be free. Good move from Dish TV, if so.

However, this will disappoint the people who upgraded already by paying 2774/-.

Poor marketing strategies is the reason for the confusion.

Come on Dish TV! Competition is heavy from Dialog's end with the recent launch of Power Play Per Day TV from their end. Do something.

Dish TV initially launched with MPEG2 STB. Then they suddenly started to issue MPEG4 STB with recording facility.
