MTV Indies part of Regional pack or Not

Is MTV Indies part of Bengali/Odia pack ?

I cannot add it as mytatasky.com shows that it is a part of Bengali/odia pack which u have subscribed though I am not getting this channel.

I have tried chat but cc executive told me that it's part of Bengali/odia pack and advised me that if I am not getting it then send SR to 56633 which didn't help as I am not getting this channel. Looks like I have to send email.

I know it's available in music section. Even in a la carte it's available under music in my account also but when I click add then confirm my selection then mytatasky shows this error(image in 1st post) and prevent me from adding this channel as a l carte.
