Provide details FTA STB / other STB used in scanning.
Provide details of technical parameters like frequency used to scan.
Provide Screenshots of the above as proof that u have conducted a successful scan

There is a thing called Satellite Scan to discover new channels on Tata Sky's set top box itself. Maybe you are not aware about it.
