MY Account on Videocon DTH

Hi,
I just recharged my Videocon account. ...and found that MY ACCOUNT screen on the DTH just shows a 1234 (4 figures).

Previoulsy the screen showed:
Customer ID: XXXXXXXX
Balance in Rupees 8923RS
Date of current charge
Next Recharge Date etc etc..
Package: South Platinum HD

Now theres only one FOUR FIGURE number !!!
Via the Internet I put in my Previous Customer ID and ofund that my payment details/balance/date of recharge/expiry date etc are all there..BUT Not on the MY ACCOUNT SCREEN ? What happened to all the INFO....

The Account is ACTIVE and I can watch all the channels i subscribed to... I am only worried about the almost Blank screen on MY ACCOUNT....thanks

In STB it may update delayed. Place STB on, call cc and do 'account refresh' it will be updated immediately in STB.it's not normal 'refresh'
