Its supposed to provide your pack, RTN, Balance on Due Date.

Instead, it reads

No Account Information Available.

Information Update After Some Time .....in Some Case Account information Not update so Try to Reset and Again Try to Download New Version of Firmware,

There is no option to Manually Download Software.
