lThe scalar ring is very big in this LNB
Yes the gap between two rings depends upon the frequency in ku band frequency is high so the gap between two rings must be smaller about 4 to 4.5 mm & in c band frequency is low so gap between two rings will bigger about 12mmthat's beautiful piece of art @ashoknaik184 bro
bro, I have c cband scalar ring, which increases signals of cband by over 10 %
but when I apply d same to ku band, it doesn't give me much difference, may be bcoz, that scalar ring does not fit onto ku band lnb..
is there any special scalar rings for ku band lnb ?
which two rings bro.. ?l

You see my scalar ring inner 6 rings which I made are for ku band & gap between them is 4 mm each and outer 3 rings are of c band & distance between them is 12 mm . I have used c band scalar ring as a holder for my ku band scalar ring to fix on prime focus dish & it is only for prime focus dish .which two rings bro.. ?
I have a normal conical scalar ring, that fits correctly on top of cband lnb.
but its hole is bigger, so when I use in ku band lnb, which has a smaller white portion/mouth portion.... d scalar ring does not fits well.
I mean, there is gap between scalar n lnb mouth

But it is for c band lnboh, now I got ur point.
so, essentially wht u r saying is that the gap between rings is less, in case of ku scalar ring, and more in case of c band scalar.
but i have this scalar: My new C-band CB1 lnb for Ku dish !!
