Seeking Help My mom's primary box not working

My mom's primary set top box is not working for few days and whenever I switch off the box and turning on again it was showing no signal I need a help for this problem

Check cables, remove and reinsert them, see if there is any damage to dish, LNB and do factory reset once. If nothing works then have to order a technician visit, it will cost 175, parts replacement charges additional if not under warranty.
