Yes, only a key available on remote to open numeric keypad onscreen wherein number of the channel can be punched using arrow button on remote, this is really too cumbersome, inconvenient and not an user friendly way to tune into TV Channels .

Overall i find that they have adopted remote style which most new age smart tv's have but being a DTH operator they should have kept in mind that one has to watch TV Channels via linear mode using this box/remote which is not the case incase of Smart TV's

Overall i find Airtel XStream Smart Android Box the best in all aspects if someone is looking to buy a Hybrid DTH Set Top Box
