Yes 20%. But the value mentioned by the sender is 35USD; not 107USD. So I paid 400 rupees only..

This reader is not working well even with signal quality of 61% of D2H TPs using Dish TV monoblock LNB whereas the same is working in my set top box

Due to this, while scanning I am getting most of the channels as Nameless and picture is also freezing..
