Better go for openbox S10 than Solid HD S2 3000..... if u have a higher budget... Because Solid have problems with channels with very high symbol rates close to 45000 ksps... But high end box like openbox / dreambox are quite reliable and sensitive to symbol rates close to 45000 ksps....

For more info check stb section in ddf..... you will get reviews about solid and openbox

Do search for more info and take decision about the stb.... And whatever i have told is my personal experience, i am not generalizing it, i have experience with solid hd s2 2100 too and also currently its in operation along with openbox s10....

Openbox has regular firmware updates too which you can get from ddf members, they add new features and bug fixes in those updates.

The openbox price? If openbox price is Rs.4200 then it is fine, it has more features and price is little more from other STBs.
