My Plan 99 with HD Topup/s (Specially SWP HD ?)

Dear Friends,
I have seen some ADTV users switch from their existing package to My Plan 99 package with HD Topups in the forum. Though i hope to change myself.
Before switch, Pls kindly tell me following combination can be applicable;
- My Plan 99 pm
- HD Plus Topup 204 pm
- Star World Premiere HD 60 pm (as a single channel from al-a-carte channels - Is it possible? :huh )
Total = INR 363 only.

My questions are;
1. Above combination possible? If not what are you suggests?
2. Are their any taxes to be added?

Bro its possible you can take SWP HD and also hd plus top up with my plan 99. You can ask this information from customer care also
