Whoever their developer is, they do not seem to have the budget for a testing team. I guess we are their testing team 🤦‍♀️

As the saying goes:

don't fix something that isn't broken 💀

"Looks like we, the subscribers, have become their testing team because they didn’t budget for proper QA. As they say, ‘If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.’ But here we are, dealing with issues we didn’t ask for.
 
Now the app and website is not allowing to remove channels. I had to use the sms option to do this. So annoying.
I was able to remove add on channel yesterday. Kindly try again.. If you're using app to remove specific add on channel, go to Manage Subscription option in Quick Access category, then proceed..
 
Ok, it looks like I need to also expand the unsubscribtion list and again tick mark the channels which I selected. Else, the app just asks me to pay again. It's a bad design.
