My sun direct Samsung setup box S-1091 dead

Check first is it info channels is working.
Otherwise the problem related to your setupbox.or problem sometimes related to RCA or HDMI cables also.
Call customer care.

Tell about your problem what your facing.
They will give you a solution.

Roguejai bro, info channel also not come, screen is blank. I checked RCA that's working fine. i am also thinking maybe setupbox problem.

@here . We have 3 S-1091 set top boxes dead like the same. All channels are blank and in Gujrat itself. No Sunshine centers over there. They stopped working all of a sudden. Help much appreciated.
