Mybox Dish+ set top box

Dish TV gave me local MyBox manufactured Dish+ box last year when I took new connection. It is MPEG2 set top box. Any information whats the criteria that Dish TV is giving this box. Or is it that it is given to local subscribers in Okhla, Noida region.
 
maybe because they are MyBox's partners . or it maybe fault of your dealer
