"NDTV India" revamped this week. And their other channels also have same Graphics now.
Some changes:
New Clock in red graphics
Small Logo
Some changes in graphics

I think you saying about red time clock. This change available only on broadcast feed and not available on Digital feed. Check on Jio TV, You can find this there.
