Check your connection if wires are plugged in properly.Remove them and plug in them again.

i contacted cc they told me leave your stb 20 mints. in standy by mode after on but problem still arises

i believe your smart card is locked.
Try a master reset. Goto organiser>>system settings>>master reset. Press select to start the reset.

i dont think that will work but give a try. More chances that the smart card is locked.

When did this happen. Did you try to use the smart card on any other stb :huh

I was going to say kinda same...But thought there might be someother reason
