ok then surely the card would be locked. Only TS can solve this. They need to reactivate the card or give you a new one (cloned one with same sub. id)

Bro this wont work as tatasky changed its menu long back. Now its organiser>>5>>9>>select

And i have already said this option to him in earlier posts

in order to unlock the smart card you need to contact cc, as you are outside of india you can do chat with cc from mytatasky online portal and the can be resolved..
