Sony will not use Neo brand if they acquire it also .. as its not popular like Ten/ESPN brands.

Neo could become Colors Infinity Sports and Colors Infinity Sports HD. Viacom also airs sports nowadays. They are airing poker league now on MTV. Some football matches and Nidhahas Trophy also aired on their channels this year.
