Just now tried to activate via mytatasky ,
It showing yu get 2 regional packs ,
When I added 2 packs , It shows error message ...
Contacted CC , they activated and Said Only 1 regional pack is free ...
Here is the screenshot of 2 base packs [probably a bug]

I checked , I wasnt using dhoom pack .. It was My99 pack + Telugu Regional @ 65 + 3 ala carte News Channels ,
Total was @ Rs.195 ...
This pack has all of the channels , so dropped ala carte and regional is free ...

Bro, there are no More Hindi Movies channels on Dhamaka pack & Less on Dhoom pack.

Regional channels are less on Dhamaka than Dhoom:s

Try to drop one regional pack & then see what happened...:u
