The TP change by Dish TV is not only for Zee Tamil but for all channel. An another forum posted a separate thread for Zee Tamil new TP alone. So, he just copied the news from there without reading what exactly the new TP and from where.

By the way the news about new TP changes by Dish TV is already posted.
