Here only bro
For Zee Marathi they used Hibiscus, for Zee Bangla they used Red, for Zee Keralam they changed the brand colour completely to yellow another flower..
And they made with banyan leaves for Zee Tamil but as you said because of Vijay TV only they didn't use that..... Uniqueness gone with that.... now it follows asusual same graphics of Zee TV...
Instead they can use any other things.... if they don't want banyan leaves then they can choose our state flower Flame lily like hibiscus in Zee Marathi....

Zee Bangla's branding looks more like fish scales. Probably they think that unlike the rest of India, Bengalis like fish so much that they incorporated the same in the branding. And the font rendering is very bad. The characters are broken here. And 'Coming up' is called Erpor / Birotir Por in Bengali, not Samne Dekhun. Samne Dekhun means 'look in front of you'.
I Don't mind if it's implemented in the Silver Jubilee year of Zee Bangla next year. But the font rendering should be proper and the fish design should stay. Because there's no such thing as a 'Red Marigold'. Marigolds are always yellow and orange.
