why they are giving both version of sun network channels? charging multiple times isn't a violation of TRAI rules?

Telugu 1 @₹272.88
Telugu 2 @₹380.51

249.15 + GST = 249.15 + (249.15*0.18) = 293.997 ~= 294

321.19 + GST = 321.19 + (321.19*0.18) = 379.0042 ~= 379

272.88 + GST = 272.88 + (272.88*0.18) = 321.9984 ~= 322

380.51 + GST = 380.51 + (380.51*0.18) = 449.0018 ~= 449

( ~= Rounded Off to Nearest Integer for online recharging )

In the old scheme, when the last time I recharged, I had spent:

Base Pack = HD Ultra Tamil Cinema + Sports Package = Rs.5000 for 12 months

2 a-la-cartes = Zee Cafe (Rs.12/month) (12*12 = Rs.144) + Puthiya Thalaimurai (Rs.10/month) (10*12 = Rs.120)

(Zee Cafe + Puthiya Thalaimurai) for 12 months = 144 + 120 = Rs.264 (for 12 months)

(Base Pack + 2 a-la-cartes) for 12 months = 5000 + 264 = 5264 (for 12 months) = Rs. 438.6666666666667 (for 1 month)

Current Scenario:

If I opt for Tamil HD DPO 2 when my current pack ends on Aug 10, 2019, the difference between my old amount (for 1 month) and new pack (for 1 month) would be (without considering any potential add-ons/a-la-cartes I might choose):

438.6666666666667 (old amount for 1 month) minus 379 (new amount for 1 month) = Rs. 59.66666666666667

So, I'll have this 59.66666666666667 to choose any add-ons (If I want the amount to stay the same)

But I suspect it is not going to be enough. Isn't it?

Even it costs me another 61.3333333333333, I guess I will be kind of okay with it (considering the mess TRAI has created )

Meaning, 379 + 59.66666666666667 + 61.3333333333333 = Rs.500 (for 1 month)

Hopefully, I could add all my necessary remaining HD add-ons/a-la-cartes (Infotainment + English Entertainment + English Movies + English Sports channels airing current cricket matches live/highlights) without exceeding Rs.500/month

So, I have 500 - 379 = Rs.121 as target budget for that.

Come August, let us see what happens!

This could be the possible explanation.
NCF of ₹130 is for 100 channels and all distributor packs have more than 100 channels.
Now FTA pack had 9 channels for ₹9, which the distributor can claim as NCF.
If you make your own pack of 109, you are eligible to pick Puthiya Thalamurai within base NCF.
