TRAI has listed all those channels that have a license from MIB and those for broadcaster's haven't declared an MRP for, these channels are either to be launched or shutdown or have only an uplink permission, e.g. Neo Channels, Star Cricket Asia is also included in the list, leaving all such channels the remainder are the FTA channels available.
