Dear All,
This is to inform you that we have received new software for the above mentioned STB (JIO CAS Platform). The software is successfully tested for more than a week in Kamala office.
The software download will start from tomorrow afternoon i.e. 10th July 2020.
This software resolves two issues as mentioned below:
1. It resolves high contrast problems when STB is connected to a TV set using RCA cable.
2. Automatically bouquet (BAT) ID changed to default value 25143. This problem is also resolved. Please note, after software update there are slight chances that few STBs may once show the same problem, which can be resolved by sending a retrack command from SMS. Also, few STBs from the initial production lot may once show this problem after fresh installation and this can be resolved by retrack command from SMS.
