That is part of the style design. Changing it according to other style would make it look ugly.

the only thing I was missing in XF2 was XF1 theme & got it today. really great work by you & developers

the only bug I found while selecting a text in the reply box, when you select the text it selects the text with the white background which was earlier blue thus we don't know the text is selected or not.

it's not white actually its #fbfbfb if your monitor color is properly calibrated you might see the difference
